The objective of the workshop was to explore meaningful ways to deal with stress and anxiety in multiple aspects of lives. The workshop was designed to understand the root causes of stress through introspection and then discuss methods to unravel inner peace to dispel them.
The workshop was highly interactive in nature and proceeded with group discussion, reflective exercises, games and learning through movies, music. Total no. of participants was 15. We have received an excellent response from the participants. The participants feedback at the end indicated that the dissipation of stress factors in their lives have been successfully initiated through this workshop.
